Long-run production is about consistency. Once a part is proven, MillPro locks in the program, the setup, the tooling and the inspection plan, and every repeat order runs the same way. In-process inspection catches drift before it becomes scrap, and final inspection on a CMM and optical comparator confirms every lot to your print. Bar-fed CNC lathes and multi-axis machining centers keep cycle times and piece prices down on volume work. Production is scheduled to your delivery dates and managed under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Finishing is coordinated through our supplier network so parts arrive ready for your assembly line.
