Who We Are
MillPro Metal Works is a veteran-owned, family-run precision machining company in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 2019, we program in Autodesk Fusion with the Manufacturing Extension and run Haas 5-axis and 4-axis machining centers, Haas CNC lathes and manual mills for CNC milling, CNC turning, complex contouring, prototyping, hand finishing and production work.
Our lean structure gives you the responsiveness of a small shop with the capability and documentation larger customers expect. You deal directly with the people who quote, program, machine and inspect your parts, which keeps lead times short and pricing competitive.
Quality drives everything we do. We invest in metrology equipment and training so that only conforming parts leave our shop. Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified through QAS International (certificate US4954).
What We Do
We make precision machined components and assemblies to your print, so you don’t have to make them in-house. Our parts go into programs where precision matters:

CNC Machining
3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling plus CNC turning for aerospace, defense, automotive, EV, drone and commercial customers.
CAD/CAM Programming
Complex contours and surfaces are programmed in CAD/CAM and transferred into machine code for our 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers.
Prototype Machining
Prototype parts in aluminum, steels, stainless steels and plastics, machined to your print and ready for test and fit-up.
Quality Control Department
ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our Quality Control Department tracks every part from the start of production until it is delivered to the customer.
Manual Machining
Alongside our CNC machining centers, our Manual Machining Department runs knee mills for drilling, tapping and secondary operations.

Do you offer quality assurance?
Yes. MillPro Metal Works, LLC is ISO 9001:2015 certified through QAS International (certificate US4954). Parts are inspected with a CMM and an optical comparator, and first article inspection reports are available when your order requires them.

What is CNC machining?
CNC stands for computer numerical control. CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process: computer-controlled machine tools remove material from a solid blank to produce a custom part. It works with metals, plastics and composites, and it holds tight tolerances with repeatable accuracy from the first part to the last.
When can I expect my parts once I finalize an order?
Lead time depends on the part, the material and the quantity. We give you a lead time with your quote, and you can call us directly for a status update. Our Quality Control Department tracks every part from the start of production until it ships.
What do you specialize in?
Precision CNC milling and turning of complex parts, including 5-axis work on our Haas UMC-500 machining centers. We machine aluminum, steels, stainless steels, plastics and other materials, from prototypes to production runs.
What CAD/CAM software do you use?
We program in Autodesk Fusion 360 with the Manufacturing Extension. We work from customer-supplied models and drawings, and we accept files by email.
