Precision CNC Machining

We program in Autodesk Fusion with the Manufacturing Extension, from simple 3-axis work to full 5-axis toolpaths on our Haas UMC-500 and UMC-500SS machining centers. Programming directly from your 3D model keeps complex contours and surfaces true to the design, and every program is simulated and verified in CAM before it runs on a machine. We machine to your models and drawings; send STEP, IGES, Parasolid or native files along with a PDF print. When a design changes, the program changes with it, and proven programs are saved and reused for every repeat order.
